We deliver internationally by courier and our shipping rates are determined based on where you are shipping to and the volume of your order.

Please be aware that your order is fragile and we pack with great care to protect it against damage, as a result, your order may be in a significantly larger package than the piece itself.

All our orders are shipped within 3 days of confirmation and are usually delivered within the following timeframes:

UK – within two days of despatch

EU – within five days of despatch

Rest of the world – within ten days of despatch (subject to customs clearance processes for which we are not responsible)

All orders to the EU are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).  Orders outside the EU are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to local taxes and duties.

Please ensure you provide us with your telephone number so that our courier agents can contact you if they are having trouble with your delivery.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Every shipment is insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the time it is delivered to you.  Once you sign for the package responsibility passes to you.  If you are unable to check the package, please sign as unchecked.  Contact us immediately if there is any damage in transit.
